From fresh & herbal to warm & cozy, seasonal & signature scents – perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, or gifting.

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days (handmade items may take slightly longer during busy seasons). After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your products safe and long-lasting? Yes! We use clean-burning soy wax, phthalate-free & paraben-free fragrance oils, natural rattan reeds, and safe essential oils. Candles burn 40–60+ hours (depending on size), diffusers last 2–3 months, and sprays provide instant, even coverage. All are non-toxic, handmade, and crafted for home use.

7. How do I care for and use the products?

  • Candles: Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn; burn 2–4 hours max per session; never leave unattended.
  • Reed diffusers: Flip reeds every 7–10 days; place away from direct sun, pets, or open flames.
  • Room sprays: Shake well; spray upward in air or on linens (test fabric first). Specific instructions included with each product for best performance and safety.
